Richard E Becket

Educated at Coventry College of Art. On leaving, began a career in commercial art as an industrial illustrator, then headed an art studio. Lived in Wales in the 50’s and 60’s, where his love for the special light and atmosphere of the landscape of Wales made such a lasting impression that he now travels from his home in Northamptonshire as often as possible to paint in Mid-Wales.

He now paints full-time, and his wife runs The Peep Hole Gallery in Long Buckby, Northamptonshire.
